About Us

For the psychological component of our business, our experience enables us to provide a wide range of psychological services. We offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. We also provide a wide range of testing to identify psychological or educational issues and to develop intervention and treatment strategies. Our focus is to help individuals process experiences, develop coping skills, to find healing, and to move forward in a productive manner. We achieve this by providing a judgement-free environment, listening to your concerns, and customizing an individualized treatment plan.
From the consulting aspect, Exodus Consulting and Psychological Services can work with you to improve the growth and success of your business. We will work with executives and strategic business partners to identify and define organizational development priorities. We can design effective strategies, implementation plans, and tools to appropriately address the identified priorities. Furthermore, we have the ability to work with you collaboratively during the implementation process to provide feedback, action planning, and any necessary coaching. In addition to organizational development, we provide talent and behavioral assessments designed to improve or maximize human capital. We offer training using educational methodologies that are designed to improve both the knowledge and skills for employees.
